Cramps and asbos

Pelvic congestion  and all things cramping - Yarrow and ginger for menstrual cramps, daily yarrow to avoid monthly asbos, bananas for cycling legs and magnesium for pregnancy leg cramps!

I didn't have any luck with chamomile this year either

30/08/2021,19:00
On the topic...
I had horrendous PMS yesterday. Like *terrible*.
Had a bath and a cup of yarrow tea and started to bleed and feel better *immediately*!
Today it's cramps. Any recommendations? More yarrow?

30/08/2021, 19:00
Oh that makes me feel better. Cos there's so much in the wild I was wondering how I have managed not to grow something that seems to grow itself perfectly well.

30/08/2021, 19:00
Oooooh SAME

30/08/2021, 19:00
Wow! I would say keep going with the yarrow as it's really good for pelvic congestion (cramps)

30/08/2021, 19:01
Every night since I turned 27 weeks pregnant I wake up with cramps

30/08/2021, 19:01
Wait

30/08/2021, 19:01
Wrong cramps

30/08/2021, 19:01
Mine are in my legs

30/08/2021, 19:01
Brilliant, cheers Shall put the kettle on right now (Yeah wrong cramps lol)

30/08/2021, 19:01
Sorry 🤦🏽‍♀️  I just saw the word "cramp" and dived in

30/08/2021, 19:01
I'm on the yarrow this month, fingers crossed, I can't afford another asbo 🤣

30/08/2021, 19:02
Who knows if she is kidding

30/08/2021, 19:02
Hahaha yes I can relate to that

30/08/2021, 19:02
Relate to both the jumping in and the asbo!

30/08/2021, 19:03
I would certainly try it! I'm starting to think that yarrow is one of the most useful herbs available to us! I've been drinking it every day to help my degestion

30/08/2021, 19:04
do you know why your getting these leg cramps?

30/08/2021, 19:04
Yarrow and ginger?

30/08/2021, 19:04
Would it also be pelvic congestion (I suppose pregnancy is an extreme form of pelvic congestion🤣) Are you allowed yarrow?

30/08/2021, 19:05
Now your talking!

30/08/2021, 19:05
Absolutely 🤩

30/08/2021, 19:05
Yarrow and ginger sounds yum. If it's sprouting it's got more life in it right? 😆

30/08/2021, 19:05
That's exactly what pregnancy is! She's not allowed yarrow. Magnesium might help..

30/08/2021, 19:06
Don't drink yarrow!

30/08/2021, 19:06
The sprouting bits do..

30/08/2021, 19:06
Yes my pelvis is extremely congested with a baby! But no I think it's probably a magnesium deficiency or something. The baby steals all my minerals. I could just go buy supplements probably, was curious in case there was a herbal tea I could drink as well / instead as then it feels like I'm doing my homework

30/08/2021, 19:07
(I eat bananas for leg cramps)

30/08/2021, 19:08
Nice! I will get a bunch  🍌

30/08/2021, 19:11
Thats ok! Biocare do a good supplement - consider this as part of your broader self-care homework 😁 - its called Mag:Cal 2:1 (ie its got twice as much magnesium as calcium) - very good for leg cramps in pregnancy..xx

30/08/2021, 19:11
I used to eat them to stop cramps when on long bike rides

30/08/2021, 19:12
Yum! Battering and frying them or doing something more wholesome?

30/08/2021, 19:12
Fantastic 👏

30/08/2021, 19:13
Thank you! I'll buy these. One day I'll be able to join in the tea chat. Ooh, maybe when I get my raspberry leaf game going. I felt left out of the group yarrow love in earlier this month (tho loved you all describing your responses to it)

30/08/2021, 19:28
it's not exactly home grown physicking but Google says dark chocolate has lots of magnesium 👍

30/08/2021, 19:28
Hi everyone 🥰 I’ve just woke up from a nap and this beautiful groups words just welcomed me into the awake world 🥰  Thanks ✊🏾♥️✊🏾

30/08/2021, 19:30
Funnily enough that's the only thing I have in the house with high mag content so gonna scoff some and see why happens tonight

30/08/2021, 19:30
Good morning!

30/08/2021, 19:31
(I've also ordered the Mag:Cal 2:1, which is probably a bit more grown up than scoffing chic every night)

30/08/2021, 19:31
I had too much magnesium once and it shook my bowels

30/08/2021, 19:33
bad

30/08/2021, 19:33
😅 Its very relaxing!
